INNOVV C1 FLY IN THE SKY

Flying in the sky is amazing, but can be dangerous unless you are a bird, or have proper training! Bobflyman, otherwise
know as Bob Moore, has been paragliding for 12 years now. He’s flown in the UK, Europe and Australia and very much
enjoys his view from the sky and it’s part of his life and his hobby. But he says you must be properly trained by a good
paragliding school before taking to the skies.

Now the weather is beginning to improve in the UK, he finally had a chance to make some good flying with his INNOVV
C1. The video location is Maker Heights near Plymouth Sound in Cornwall. It is a South Devon Hang Gliding and Paragliding club site. The map shows where he flies, it’s a run of about 4kms from Cawsand to Mount Edgcumbe. near the City of Plymouth on the south coast of England.

He says flying on the coast is often safer than inland as the air is usually quite smooth and laminar. Inland, especially in summer, it can be thermic and possibly more turbulent. The danger of coastal flying is landing in the sea which could be fatal. But that would only happen if you made a big mistake?

He mounts the C1 on a small plastic bracket made from PVC which is on the chin of his full face helmet. This is safer for paragliding than mounting on top of the helmet which many GoPro users do. In paragliding there is risk of snagging lines on top of the helmet and there have been accidents caused by this. The Innovv is small and therefore easier and safer to mount!

To go with Bob's fly, you can watch the video from the following link, http://youtu.be/RhTUPlVp1Qc,  I like two guys waved hand for byebye at end, that means they would fly again, to have fun and enjoy!

The exploring in west of China

I usually like to holiday where I’ve been before, but sometimes new places are fresh and enjoyable. During this Chinese New Year Holiday, my family and I visited Sichuan province in the south west of China and I was reminded how much I love traditional Chinese culture, food and nature.

We stayed in a relative’s house in Chengdu city and the first two days we went across this city which has thousands of years of history. Unfortunately, my first impression was not the historical buildings, it was the crowds of people! We only could get peace from these in the famous parks where we found some quiet.

We found single traditional buildings and a small theater with the performances in the yard where people can sit in the yard or in tea houses that surrounded it, you can see it in the photo and video. I liked the solid wooden table and chairs, the painting on the wall that allow me drinking and watching The Face Change like people did hundreds of years before. The Face Change has been over hundreds of year, but only few persons can do now. The actor changed the paintings on his face in second and people are amazed.

Near this building I found a small calligraphy studio and was amazed by the calligrapher’s skill.  If you told him your name he could create words associated with it and write it down on paper. Everyone’s was different. He made one for me and it’s on my wall in the family home now.You also watch the video.

I believe people may know of the WenChuan earthquake in 2008, it is around two hundreds miles away from Chengdu, Over 60,000 died according to the government.  We visited one of the towns in Wenchuan and local people said the death toll was really double that figure. After our visit we felt the local people’s life has changed to be even happy than ever now.

The town was re designed and built to best present its local traditional culture and people now no longer rely on farming on dead soil and grazing to generate poor income. They are happy to see more and more visitors to taste their local food and shopping for their handmade crafts. They are not so rich, but I can see the happiness and their satisfaction. The fresh air, clear water and the nature are things that city people in China really desire.

The photo below is the new primary school. It’s very nice, but over a thousand students died in destroyed houses and these lovely children will never come back.  It’s not easy for the parents and families' deliverance from the pain , but I really hope that such pain never comes back to these communities.

As you can see the videos and photos were taken by INNOVV C1I would admit it is a very lovely pocket camera and I had it with me everyday. Smart and stylish and easy to use, though my poor photographic skills and lack of experience limited its best performance.  I hope with some more trips I can show even better results from INNOVV C1.

See it, Touch it, Like it,

Have fun and enjoy!

We understand people usually are tired to follow up the instruction addressed on the spec sheet on website against with camera on hand to get the right start up.

One photo can instead of million words, One video would be billion words. To get the job easier, with the support from Bobflyman, the short, simple instruction videos have been created.

Techmoan and The Innovv C1 review

Thanks to Techmoan for his review, that’s the best present he could make to the C1 & C2 to people. As he mentioned in his blog,

This is a very interesting little camera with a number of clever features. The manufacturer has set-out to make the best mini 1080p camera, watch the video to see if they succeeded.

I like his review, as do many others.

Great review as usual. Interesting and informative in all regards. A pleasure to watch.

People are no doubt say this because of his accomplished photographing skill, professional knowledge and high quality video reviews. I am surprised the 4 colors C1 can be shown as nice as below and with his pleasant voice, The camera is pleasure to use, feeling is very comfortable in hand “. That is also a great present. It was a major goal in our design and I am proud that we achieved - See it, Touch it, Like it™

Techmoan's reviews are popular which is why his reviews get almost 50,000 subscribers.

A fantastic well put together review, I enjoy your reviews very much.
You cover great detailed information necessary to make an educated decision on a purchase.

Below is a typical photo from his review while his fingers held the camera as he was testing. I was impressed how he detailed the features like motion detection, orientation sensor, and its operation with LED illumination, that it will be the live video user manual for users.

The most important thing with his reviews is they are fair and factual, which is why they are respected and trusted. He says it was a mistake to use a non-standard USB port lead and we do not supply the dash cam lead. No one is perfect, there are pros and cons, we have learned from that, and we now include the DashCam lead in the packing box for free!

No doubt because he is so well respected, the loyal fans not only subscribe his channel, but also would like to offer tips.
Hi mat, thank you for all those nice videos! I think, I would have never noticed those cameras, if i hadn't subbed to your channel. Is it ok for you to receive a small tip for all your good work, maybe by Paypal?

It is pleasure to have him that brings fun and enjoy, I'd like to say as the guy is singing on one of his videos

"Definitely, That would be… without you, without you, Techmoan!"

Merry Christmas and a Happy 2014!

Dear Friends,

Merry Christmas and a Happy 2014!
Good will, success and happiness be with you this Christmas and wishing you a prosperous new year!
This letter is from the Innovv team with greetings and a look forward to what’s planned for the coming year.

We have been thrilled by the response to the Innovv C1 and C2 we introduced, most notably by RC Groups users and people on the DashCamTalk forum.

As people have learned from our blogs, Innovv was born for people on the forums.
When I first saw how active the discussion was on the forums about the key chain cams I was really surprised. There were questions, answers, posts of support and posts against.  After reading pages and pages of posts I understood that people love to share their experiences, not only for a camera which is tiny in size, has good video quality and is user friendly, but also to share the fun of their hobby!
Hopefully the Innovv will fulfill people’s hobby and bring fun too? We have seen some interesting photos from people on the forums for our new Innovv already.

In 2014, we will make significant improvements regarding the points below to build Innovv into a trusted brand with a good reputation amongst users.

More close communication with people.
Our website now has around 3000 monthly unique visitors.  People are viewing our new product introduction, specifications, downloading new FW and shopping.  Our target for 2014 is to double this to 6000!

The monthly blog page viewings are 2000 and the first blog I posted to RC Groups had a daily visit which reached 680. I like to write a blog because in it I can share my thoughts and ideas to users and potential buyers. 5000 monthly page views is the target in 2014.

The forums and posts.  Innovv improvement and update depends on the forums. This year it is in RC groups and DashCamTalk and in 2014 will be introduced to more forums.  Posts to communicate with people are very important though I hesitated to make my first post because I was worried because English is not my native tongue. It’s encouraging that people are happy to see the developer on a forum answering questions first hand. In the new  year I’ll spend more time communicating with people on forums and hopefully will improve the quality of my posts!

The new development and upgrading.
After the C1, we soon introduced the C2 to people after learning more of people’s needs. I expect in 2014, people will see new features and functions. The product development has finished, but upgrading is just beginning. New FW updates and GUI improvements will be made too.

Shipping and delivery.
We have had 3 parcels lost on the way to the UK. Everyday people are asking me, where is my camera?Un-Safe and not fast shipping is a big headache for us.  We are working on solutions to this problem and our target for 2014 is a 7 day delivery time, or even better, 4 days after purchasing. That way people will be happier to buy.

Regardless of these challenges, we are pushing ahead to create a successful 2014. This is the spirit that will put Innovv at the forefront of the industry, fulfill people’s hobbies and create fun!

I am so proud of all the changes and improvements the team made and it’s good to know that we are not alone and are supported by people on the forums who encourage us to do our best work.

Thank you again and I wish our readers and users a new year filled with personal and professional success and happiness.

Sincerely,

Rock with Innovv Team

To RC People

This blog is fromInnovv Team for people on the RC Group.

Innovv C1 was born and We’d like to introduce it to people on the forum.

I fully understand that people will associate the Innovv with the team of the #18, and will assume that support and communication for the Innovv C1 will be no different to that for the #18 or #26. Firstly, I can tell people that while Innovv has support from the team of #18, it operates independently. (More information regarding this can be found from the blog.)

Due to the association behind, Innovv C1 and Mobius, People should compare with these two cameras,

Mobius has been a great success,

Ø         People are talking about it everyday,

Ø         It has a good reputation and is successor to the #16,

Ø         Tom Frank has over ten years experience in managing and leading discussion on the forum to support on Mobius threads.

Ø         Isoprop is supporting on FW and new development, communication with people in technology.

But at the moment what does the Innovv has?

Ø         The poor reputation from #26,

Ø         People’s doubt in the new development,

Ø         No support on the forum.

Does all the above mean Innovv has no future?

No. I strongly believe the Chinese words below,

Gold should be shiny the end.

People will find the facts by time being.

What can we do to improve things?

Ø         I am willing to take some of the blame for the lack of support from the team of #18,

Ø         I believe a high cost has been paid for such mistakes,

Ø         We will learn from these mistakes,

Ø         Innovv and I will be listening to people,

Ø         We intend to improve communication and be more supportive after sales and with FW upgrading.

Below is our strategy to gain people’s trust and bring Innovv a bright future. It is very simple,

Ø         Close communication with users,

Ø         Much better support regarding software and operating issues,

Ø         Developing a product with full passion and make it as good as gold.

The first step we have taken since Innovv was born is to communicate with Charles (Chuck) Lohr. He has introduced Innovv C1 to the forum, and we have seen the comments which are very fair.

Innovv- it is from the word Innovate. To Innovate. To Explore everyday.

I want to bring the change since it was born!

From the blog-the design and development of Innovv C1, and the big day for the InnovvC1, people will know how hard I have worked, but it is not the end. At the moment FW improvements are continuing and the GUI is being optimized. As happens with any new product, there is always room for some improvement in the light of experiences from its users!

For now I just want to people have a look at the Innovv C1 to see its design, and see how well it works. My goal is “See it, Touch it, Like it”

Anyhow, thank you for reading and your understanding is appreciated. Please trust me that I am full on with product development and improvement. I will be here listening and will have more communication with people, including exchange of ideas to produce the best small HD 1080 video camera on the market.

Let’s stand together, make the change happen!
